About Noelle…
Noelle Neglia (M.A. in Counseling/Psychology, Registered Associate Marriage Family Therapist (AMFT #126308), 200 hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Certification) is a proud-to-be middle-aged woman, with a mind for personal growth and a heart open to life.
She is enthusiastic about bringing people together in caring, creative spaces, so they can face their struggles in community, and learn to lighten the load.
Noelle uses techniques inspired by:

Noelle was born in NYC, has spent several chunks of her life all over California, has traveled to 5 continents, speaks several pieces of several languages, and loves watching sunsets transform over time.
She currently lives in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, with her partner (who is also a therapist!) Noelle is diligent about self care and silliness, to keep grounded and healthy, while navigating the wild waters of this world.
Noelle practices Psychotherapy under the supervision of Sonya Cha, LMFT, at the Center for Integrated Care, where Medi-Cal and Anthem insurance are accepted.
